Comment on Implementing Pardot External Activities Natively in Salesforce by Adam Erstelle https://thespotforpardot.com/2021/10/20/implementing-pardot-external-activities-natively-in-salesforce/#comment-2854 Sat, 04 Jun 2022 14:56:37 +0000 https://thespotforpardot.com/?p=4035#comment-2854 Yea this is possible, though the information flow is different than described in this post. Once the Pardot information syncs to the Contact/Lead, you can have a Flow which detects this and then creates whatever you need in SF. There’s nuance (such as making sure you don’t create dupes) but easy to handle.

Comment on 3 Ways to Clear Hard Bounces & Opt Outs in Pardot by Michele Hill https://thespotforpardot.com/2018/09/06/3-ways-to-clear-hard-bounces-opt-outs-in-pardot/#comment-2419 Wed, 23 Mar 2022 18:42:25 +0000 https://thespotforpard.wpengine.com/?p=1649#comment-2419 Hi Andrea,

Thanks for this information! Do you have any tips or tricks on clearing Soft Bounces? My organization has quite a bit and when doing spot-checking, some should certainly be cleared. I tried looking up to see if we could utilize automation rules but it doesn’t look like we can change the field.

Hi Jaime – Yes, it’s great that the Recycle Bin acts as more of a “holding bin” so you can reactivate prospects and content. Just remember that tags, files and dynamic content cannot be recovered!

Hi Arjun – One of the limitations is that you don’t have direct access to the HTML of the email content. Here are some resources that might be helpful:

If not, is there any documentation where I can refer the list of HTML tags that are not supported.
Thanks

Hi Claire, we had the same issue in the past, and by this feedback from Salesforce support we were able to solve it:

“Solution: Usually if you cannot select an admin for the Pardot sandbox it is because the sandbox is old (created before you purchased a Pardot sandbox) and the licenses are not up to date.
That is fixed by matching licenses. Can you please go ahead and follow the steps here to refresh licenses in your Salesforce sandbox and try again to create a Pardot Sandbox after that? https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000335272&type=1
